Information for Egg Donors

A woman meeting the following criteria may become an egg donor:

• Age between 18 and 35 years;
• Full legal capacity;
• Good state of health;
• No family history of serious genetic or mental diseases;
• No tattoos or piercings in the last 12 months;
• No visit to the Caribbean over the last 30 days and no sexual intercourse with individuals coming from this region.

During the consultation with a physician, you will complete a screening questionnaire and you will undergo a gynaecological, endocrinological, and a genetic examination along with a blood test. Based on your test results, the physician will decide whether you are a suitable egg donor.
